This is my first gift art submission that is not drawn by me, as well as not being dedicated to a user here on DA.

This is dedicated to the voice actress behind my favourite character in Plants vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare 2: Rose.
She gave Rose such a majestic posh voice that I just love to bits~
Why are there a Weed and Parrot Pal doing here? Well surprise, surprise, Mattu voiced them too! How odd, especially for the Parrot Pal... but in a good way.

EDIT: Updated background and some minor error stuff. I always felt the "finished" result was unfinished, so I had Dan improve the background material. He even gave Rosey a spotlight!
